Colin Miles, known for his charcuterie, loves a good hot dog and Charleston is better for it. His pop-up menu usually includes four different hot dogs – an all-beef hot dog with pickled relish and onions; pork cheddarwurst; gose bratwurst and a pork dog made with kimchi and topped with Burnt & Salty Korean Mustard, produced by fellow charcuterie maven Bob Cook of Artsian Meat Share.
